Special orders are non-refundable once delivered and accepted. For shipped items, no returns are accepted after 30 days. If an item arrives damaged, it is the customer's responsibility to contact us and arrange for the return of the item. We will review such cases and may offer a refund or replacement, though neither is guaranteed.

For our podcast studio services, all recordings and final products are owned by the customer. However, Apparel & Beyond reserves the right to use all footage and audio from studio sessions for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes. By booking studio time with us, you agree to allow us to use such materials in our promotional activities.
